To log into this system, you will need your Personal Identification Number (PIN) located on the top right of the CIRI Proxy form included in the proxy packet recently mailed to you, as well as the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.* If you have misplaced your PIN, please contact the Election Tabulators, Sramek Hightower CPAs, at (907) 677-3320. By logging in with your PIN and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, you are certifying that you are authorized to vote this proxy.
You can submit electronic proxies using this system until the proxy deadline of 2:00 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. After the deadline, you may login and review an existing proxy that you have on record, but you will not be able to submit another proxy. Online proxies received by the applicable deadlines are also eligible for Annual Meeting prize drawings.
* Note for voting fiduciaries who do not own CIRI shares themselves: If you serve as voting fiduciary for only one CIRI shareholder, use the last 4 digits of his/her Social Security Number. If you serve as fiduciary for multiple CIRI shareholders, please call Sramek Hightower CPAs at (907) 677-3320 for a temporary code to enter in lieu of a Social Security Number.
